Danyel Smith
Danyel Smith was born on June 23 in 1965. She has worked for some of the top magazine companies as an aditor the the magznine. The magazine's that she has wored for are Vibe and Billboard. These magazine's are both associated with hip-hop. As I am doing a general music magazine then I can use some of her work and maybe have the front cover or a double page spread on hip-hop. She was the first African-American to be an editor of the magazine Billboard and also the first female African-Ameican female to be an editor of the magazine Vibe.
